An Italian Feast with in-home cooking demonstration

An Italian Feast by AAA Royal Catering becomes an in-home cooking demonstration & collaboration.

We catered Our Italian Feast Menu at a private home in Bellmore Long Island and one of the guests struck up a conversation with our chef about the delicious food he was serving. Being a real foodie, she asked for some of the recipes and techniques on how to make some of the dishes. Especially the eggplant appetizer known as Sicilian Caponata Appetizer that she remembered her grandmother making many years ago. She said that her son was coming to visit with his family from the West Coast next week and would love to impress them with a presentation and taste of an old-fashioned Italian family Sunday meal. She wasn't feeling up to doing all the work herself and asked if she could hire our chef to assist her. Together they discussed a menu and a week later our chef did all the Shopping and arrived Sunday morning for the in-home cooking demonstration & collaboration. They worked together making sauce, stuffed shells, meatballs, sausage & peppers, chicken marsala, broccoli in garlic sauté, salad, and of course the eggplant appetizer known as Sicilian Caponata Appetizer that he taught her how to make and left her with a step-by-step recipe to follow that he transposed from his grandmothers handwritten cookbook.
