AAA Royal Catering Converts Studio

The traditional corporate or business Holiday Themed Party is making a strong comeback after the events of the past few years. We find due to financial constraints many are avoiding the standard formal evening extravaganzas and opting for a more casual, yet elegant, in-house event. Employees generally prefer this type of party too. It is more intimate and in a relaxed atmosphere.

Tables, chairs, tablecloths, countertop stoves and ovens, along with entertainment can all be brought in for you. AAA Royal Catering can convert your boardroom, lunchroom, showroom, or warehouse into an elegant bistro. Our staff will deliver, set up and serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a banquet with prices ranging from $11.95 per person and up.

This past weekend we converted a dance studio and served a "Fancy Omelet Brunch" for about 100 guests. Our staff consisted of a bartender, two chefs, and two waitresses. As the guest arrived, our bartender greeted them with signature drinks of Mimosas, Bloody Mary's & Mojitos. Our chefs maned the Omelet Stations making many combinations of omelets including, ham, onions, mushrooms, cheese, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, olives, and feta cheese right before the guest's eyes. The waitresses served bacon, sausage, home fries and managed the Waffle Station topping them with butter, syrup, blueberry, and strawberry compote. As a finale the chef switched to a Crepe Station filling them with a choice of Banana & Nutella, Dutch Apple, or Orange Compote with Grand Marnier Butter Sauce.

By mixing and mingling with all the departments, this type of in-house event gives the workforce a sense of family at their home away from home strongly influencing productivity and morale. Having office parties and get togethers, will improve team dynamics & workforce friendships.
