At AAA Royal Catering you’re free to create your own garden or gourmet salad or you can also choose from any of the favorites below that we have been making for years. Salads make a perfect addition to any meal and at AAA Royal Catering we’re happy to mix and match to create a unique salad none of your guests have had before. Prefer traditional salads, that’s okay too–we have plenty.

As far as we are concerned, there are no rules or regulations when it comes to making the perfect salad or variety of salads to serve your guests. And that applies to the dressings too. We’ve made plenty of unique dressings over the 40+ years we’ve been in business.

Usually, our garden salad starts with super fresh greens including varieties of lettuce, some spinach, maybe some kale, and other mixed greens. Sometimes, depending upon your tastes, you may opt to add several raw vegetables as well. Some of the most popular include chopped carrots, onions, cucumbers, celery, mushrooms, and fresh broccoli. They’re great in adding not only flavor but color and shape to make a perfect presentation.

When it comes to our gourmet salads, nothing beats our variety of homemade salads that are prepared at our commercial kitchen located in Hauppauge, NY and cooked to perfection.
