AAA Royal Catering’s Southern BBQ themed menu is perfect for indoor and outdoor parties year-round. It’s a combination of the classics, including American Southern and soul food cuisine originating from places like Alabama, the Carolinas, Memphis, New Orleans, and of course, Texas.

Preparations begin early the day before at our specialized kitchen with our chef applying our proprietary spice rubs on our chicken, racks of ribs, briskets, and pork butts. These meats will rest and marinate overnight allowing just the right amount of flavoring to permeate the meats prior to cooking the following day.

On the day of cooking, the meats will enter our smoker for six to eight hours of low and slow cooking until they reach perfection. In turn, you and your guests will receive a truly mouthwatering assortment of authentic Southern BBQ.
